10 Weeks

Sara is now approximately in her 10th week -- 25% of her 40-week journey-- and she still has yet to really show. This picture is of Sara at Dustin and Brittany's wedding in Clemson, SC this past weekend (June 3rd). Both of us were in the wedding, and it was such a beautiful one. We'd like to wish them many years of happiness, and we now look forward to sharing wedding stories together. Sara was pleased that her dress fit (and at $100 per alteration, so was I) and that she wasn't showing.

Nevertheless, we are anticipating all that to change in the next few weeks, as Sara enters the homestretch of the 1st trimester. We have an appointment coming up on the 20th of June with our new doctor. Up until this point we have used Dr. Freeman in Rome, who has held our hand since December 2004. Sara's new doctor is between Peachtree City and Fayetteville, about 20 minutes from our house. We anticipate Sara having the baby at Piedmont Fayette Hospital, which is close to the doctor's office. The doctor has come with strong recommendations from the wife of our favorite Realtor here in Newnan and the ladies at Stephanie & Company Hair Design (No, actually, I go there for my hair).

Sara's still jogging, but not very hard or very long. We have cut it down to 50% jog/50% walk. Pretty soon, it'll be 100% walking!

That's it until next time!
